The rules of the desk.

ThreatDefense.ai is operated by After Dark Systems LLC. By opening a desk you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for an organization, you are stating that you may bind it.

The desk is for defending systems. Specifically:

• Do not use it to access any system you are not authorized to access, and do not scan, probe, or test infrastructure that is not yours or within an engagement you can evidence.
• Use threat data lawfully. Indicators, breach records, and exposure findings are for defense and research, not for harassment, doxxing, or retaliation.
• Submit malware samples only for defensive analysis. Do not use anything you obtain here to build, improve, or distribute an attack.
• Do not resell the service, share credentials outside your tenant, or attempt to work around plan limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above, and we will tell you why.

Plans and payment run on the After Dark billing platform at billing.afterdarksys.com; its terms govern charges, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from the billing portal and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal.

ThreatDefense is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Threat intelligence is evidence, not a verdict: findings may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and AI analyst output must be reviewed by a human before you act on it. Nothing here is legal, compliance, or incident-response advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, After Dark Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
